Monastrell
Dominant red grape from the southeast of Spain. It produces powerful, full-bodied wines with marked tannins and notes of ripe fruit and spices.

Malvasia
A family of aromatic white grapes. Its wines are floral, with sweet notes, good acidity and body, both dry and sweet.

Trepat
Red variety native to Catalonia, especially Conca de Barberà. It produces light, fresh and fruity wines, ideal for rosés and cavas.

Forcallat Blanca
Valencian minority variety in recovery. Late ripening, it produces fresh, light wines with good acidity.

Cabernet Sauvignon
A very well adapted international variety. It brings structure, firm tannins and notes of blackcurrant, green pepper and spices.

Chardonnay
A very expressive Mediterranean variety. It gives warm, high alcohol wines, with notes of red fruit and sweet spices.

Red Grenache
Mediterranean red grape variety, little known and in recovery. It produces light, fruity wines with low alcohol content.

Verdejo
Typical white grape from Rueda. It is characterised by its aromas of tropical fruit and fresh grass, with a lively palate and a bitter finish.

Bobal
Native red grape from Utiel-Requena. It produces intense wines, with good colour, black fruit, marked acidity and firm tannins.

Macabeo (Viura)
White variety widely used in cava. It provides freshness, acidity and floral and fruity notes in young wines and sparkling wines.

Merlot
Smooth and elegant red, ideal for blends. It gives round, medium-bodied wines with notes of plum, blackberry and chocolate.

Sauvignon Blanc
Aromatic and very expressive white wine. Its wines are fresh, acidic and herbaceous, with aromas of tropical fruit and citrus.

Tempranillo
One of the most emblematic red varieties in Spain. Its wines are balanced, with aromas of red fruits and good ageing capacity.

Muscat Alexandria
Very aromatic grape used in sweet and dry wines. It stands out for its intense floral and fresh grape notes.

Cabernet Franc
A relative of Cabernet Sauvignon, fresher and lighter. It stands out for its herbaceous and floral notes and its lively acidity.

Pedro Ximénez
Andalusian white grape used for fortified wines. When raisined, it produces very dense sweet wines, with notes of figs and caramel.

Petit Verdot
Aromatic white grape of French origin. It produces full-bodied wines with low acidity and intense notes of peach, flowers and honey.

Viognier
Aromatic white grape of French origin. It produces full-bodied wines with low acidity and intense notes of peach, flowers and honey.

Grenache Blanc
Mediterranean white variety, versatile and full-bodied. Its wines are fresh, with notes of white fruit, floral and a mineral touch.

Muscatel small grain
Also known as Moscatel Blanco or Muscat Blanc. Very aromatic, with a floral and fruity profile, ideal for elegant sweet wines.

Pinot Noir
Delicate and elegant red grape. Of Burgundian origin, it produces light wines, with aromas of cherry, flowers and a great capacity for expression.

Tardana
A native Valencian white grape variety. Late harvest, it produces fresh wines with good acidity and low alcohol content.

Syrah
This red wine is highly valued internationally. Its wines are intense, with notes of black fruits, spices, liquorice and good structure.

Merseguera
White grape native to the Spanish Levante region. It produces light, fresh and subtly herbaceous wines, with notes of white fruit.
